Sean Cunningham is Arcadia’s Vice President, Development & Solutions. Prior to Arcadia, Sean was the Director of Project Development for Lineage Logistics, the largest cold storage service provider in the industry, and Director of Engineering for Preferred Freezer Services, one of the industry’s fastest growing and highly automated cold storage companies in the industry.
Accomplishments include oversight of 20 Greenfields and 3 Major Expansions totaling more than 4MM square feet, 227MM cubic feet and 750K pallet positions of capacity across the United States. Major projects included the design, development, and completion of the largest automated cold storage in the continental United States as well as numerous high density cold storage facilities utilizing narrow aisle crane applications.
Sean is a degreed Engineer out of West Virginia University, with over 20+ years in the industry and a focus specifically in the areas of facility planning and design in both Pharmaceutical and Food Grade commodities.

What does the new age of cold chain look like?
The new age of cold will be a simple operational model to best service the customer and their respective carriers. Bringing to the table best in class levels of communication to the customers and their respective carriers by streamlining pickup and delivery schedules therefore naturally achieving a very high expectation from our customers.
