Michael Flashenberg is Senior Vice President of Sales at Arcadia Cold, where he leads the company’s sales strategy with a focus on revenue growth, performance optimization, and long-term customer partnerships.
Mike brings more than a decade of experience in logistics and supply chain sales leadership. Throughout his career, he has held senior commercial roles overseeing large, high-performing sales organizations and shaping end-to-end sales strategies, including business development planning, performance metrics, and structured sales training programs.
At Arcadia Cold, Mike is responsible for advancing key performance measures, driving growth across new and existing customers, and maximizing profitability through disciplined, scalable sales and marketing strategies aligned with Arcadia’s customer-first approach.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, where he was a member of the men’s ice hockey team.
